Travertine Classico Roma Pavers — B2B Supply
Size and Shape
Travertine Classico Roma pavers are produced in 3cm thickness for durability under outdoor conditions, with standard sizes including 100x100mm, 200x200mm, 300x300mm, 400x400mm, and 400x600mm rectangles. We also supply French (Versailles) pattern sets combining four sizes in an interlocking layout, as well as custom-cut dimensions for project-specific designs. Edge finishes include tumbled for a soft, weathered look; honed for a smooth surface; and bush-hammered for a textured, slip-resistant profile. Pavers can be dry-laid on compacted sand for pedestrian areas or set in mortar for vehicular driveways and high-traffic applications.
Value Integration
Our Shuitou factory integrates every stage of paver production — block cutting, splitting, tumbling, calibration, and edge finishing — under one roof. Blocks sourced from Italian quarries are gang-sawn into 3cm slabs, then cross-cut on bridge saws to paver dimensions. Tumbled pavers are processed in large vibrating barrels with abrasive media to round edges and soften surfaces, creating the authentic Old-World finish that landscape designers prefer. Bush-hammered pavers receive their textured surface on automated machines with carbide-tipped hammers. By controlling all production steps, we deliver consistent quality at factory-direct pricing, with no intermediary markups between quarry and job site.
Production Flexibility
We supply landscape contractors, developers, and stone distributors with container-load quantities. Minimum order is 100m² per size/finish; full containers hold approximately 300–400m² of 3cm pavers depending on dimensions and crate configuration. French pattern sets are pre-sorted and labeled by crate with layout guides included. For large commercial projects, we reserve block lots to ensure color consistency across all phases of installation. Standard lead time is 18–25 days, with ocean freight from Xiamen to most major ports taking 25–35 days. Crates are fumigated and palletized for forklift handling at the destination warehouse.
Installation and performance: travertine pavers remain significantly cooler under direct sunlight than concrete or clay pavers — typically 20–30% cooler — making them comfortable for bare feet around pools and patios. The natural slip resistance of tumbled and bush-hammered surfaces keeps sure footing on wet paving and pool decks. For driveways, install 3cm pavers on a minimum 100mm compacted aggregate base with a 25mm sand bed or mortar setting. Proper slope (1.5–2%) ensures drainage; avoid installing in areas with standing water. With periodic pressure washing and resealing every 3–5 years, travertine pavers will maintain their appearance for decades.
