Porcelain Pavers — 20mm Outdoor Porcelain Tiles for Patios, Pool Decks & Driveways
Full-body vitrified porcelain paving with R12 grip, below 0.5% absorption and zero sealing
Thick 20mm full body vitrified porcelain pavers in stone and wood looks for patios, pool decks and driveways. Slip-resistant, low-absorption and zero sealing, matched and pallet packed for exterior projects.
What Are Porcelain Pavers?
Porcelain pavers are thick-format, full-body vitrified porcelain tiles engineered specifically for outdoor use. They are pressed from refined kaolin clay and mineral powders under high pressure and kiln-fired above 1,200°C, producing a dense slab whose color and texture run through the entire tile rather than sitting on a surface glaze. The result combines the classic looks of bluestone, granite, travertine and timber with technical performance that natural stone and concrete cannot match.
- Full-body vitrified porcelain, color runs through the tile
- R12 textured, anti-slip surface for wet-area safety
- Water absorption below 0.5% — frost-proof and stain-proof
- No sealing, no waxing, no re-finishing — ever
- Rectified edges for narrow 3–5mm joints
- UV-stable pigments that do not fade
Key Performance Specs
Our 20mm porcelain pavers carry an R12 structured anti-slip surface, absorb less than 0.5% water and are effectively frost-proof. The full table of material, thickness, size and finish specifications follows below; see our porcelain pavers buying guide for thickness selection, laying patterns and ordering advice.
Most Popular Colors

Sizes, Thickness & Finishes
Porcelain pavers are produced in metric sizes with the imperial equivalents US, AU and UK buyers recognize: 600x600mm (24x24) squares — the most popular patio and path format; 600x1200mm (24x48) large slabs for a clean modern look with fewer joints; 600x900mm mid-size rectangles; and 400x1200mm and 300x600mm planks for wood-look and linear stone patterns. Rectified edges allow narrow 3–5mm grout joints, so the laid surface reads as one continuous slab with barely visible joints.
Thickness runs 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm and 25mm. The 20mm line is our best seller for patios and pool decks; for driveways and heavy-load projects, thick-format production is available on a properly engineered base. Every paver carries a bush-hammered and flamed full-body grit surface for R12 grip.
Where to Use Porcelain Pavers
Patios and courtyards. 20mm porcelain handles BBQ grease, moved furniture, UV and freeze-thaw without fading or staining. Choose 600x600 squares for classic courtyards or 600x1200 large formats for a clean modern slab with almost no visible joints.
Pool decks and coping. The R12 surface stays grippy when wet, the vitrified body resists chlorine and salt, and light colors reflect heat and stay comfortable underfoot. Matching bullnose pool coping pieces finish the rim in the same color and batch.
Driveways and paths. Thick-format pavers on a compacted or reinforced sub-base bring a fade-proof, oil-resistant surface to the front of the house — oil drips rinse straight off. Wood-look planks suit garden paths and roof terraces where timber cannot be used.
Factory Direct: Ordering for Wholesale, Contractors & Homeowners
As a Fujian-based manufacturer selling direct, we produce full-body vitrified porcelain pavers across the full 12/15/18/20/25mm thickness range and all listed formats — including sesame white, sesame grey, sesame black, Fuding black, rusty yellow, golden sesame and maple red bodies. Orders ship palletized and containerized; wholesalers and contractors commonly mix colors, sizes and coping pieces in one 20ft or 40ft load.
When you request a quote, specify the color or body name, tile size, thickness, finish and square-meter quantity (add 5–10% for cuts and waste), plus your destination port for landed-cost pricing. We recommend ordering sample pieces first so you can check the R12 texture and tone in your own light, and we plan batch numbers for phased projects so color stays consistent.
Third-Party Slip-Resistance Tests — SGS R11 & R12
Our porcelain pavers meet the R11 slip-resistance standard, with selected products achieving the higher R12 rating. Both levels are independently verified against the DIN EN 16165:2023-02 shod ramp method.

Verified by SGS
- Porcelain Paver T01 — slip resistance class R12 (shod ramp angle α = 30°), SGS report XMIN2609002274CM01_EN, issued 2026-09-07.
- Granite Cloud (AX62092) and Slat Shadow (AX62094) finishes — slip resistance class R11 (α = 22°), SGS report XMIN2608002018CM01_EN, issued 2026-08-14.
- The R11 test was independently commissioned by a Canadian customer to additionally verify that the products meet the required standard; customer-identifying details have been redacted.
