Silica-Free Slabs

Engineered stone made without crystalline silica — cut and fabricated without respirable silica dust for regulated markets.

Silica-free slabs are engineered stone made without crystalline silica. That single difference matters most in the workshop: cutting, grinding and polishing conventional quartz releases respirable silica dust, which is heavily restricted in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and parts of the United States. Our silica-free boards can be cut and fabricated without that dust hazard, helping stone shops and builders meet workplace safety rules without changing their kitchen offer.

The slabs still perform like a premium engineered surface. They are dense and hard, with very low water absorption, and they hold up to daily kitchen use — spills wipe away, edges chip far less than natural stone, and no sealing is needed. Colors run from clean whites and greys to warm beiges and marble-pattern designs, in polished or honed finishes.

We supply full slabs to fabricators and also manufacture finished kitchen benches, island tops and vanities from the same material in our own factory, with cut-outs, edge profiles and splashbacks done before export crating.

If you sell or install benchtops in a silica-regulated market, this is the material to quote on. Send your sizes and colors — request a quote for silica-free slabs.
